Silver.dev is hiring: Silver.dev - Technical Recruiter in Buenos Aires.
Duties
- You will get your full setup—computer, accounts, and profiles.
- You will onboard with the founder and senior staff.
- You will start sourcing candidates on your first day for a designated client.
- You will conduct shadow interviews and perform recruiter screenings.
- You will have a portfolio of companies to source, screen, and follow up with candidates.
Required profile
- We are looking for experienced, hungry recruiters for our results-based culture. To succeed with our portfolio, you will have:
- Advanced English skills (mandatory).
- 2+ years of experience in Recruiting and Startups.
- Experience sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates in the $80K–$200K annual salary range.
- Strong sourcing skills and experience with recruiter tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Apollo, Ashby, Gem, and others.
