Required profile
- 5+ years of hands-on Java enterprise development (Java SE/JEE, Spring, JPA/Hibernate)
- Real performance engineering experience acquired through development work: profiling, GC tuning, load testing, bottleneck analysis
- Strong SQL skills (Oracle, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server)
- Background in financial services or high-throughput enterprise systems
- Solid understanding of software design and enterprise architectural patterns
