5+ years of HRBP experience, including employee relations, with meaningful UK and/or international exposure
Strong working knowledge of UK employment law, and familiarity with EOR models and their limitations
Hands-on experience with Rippling and/or Deel
Comfort working independently across time zones, with early UK-hours overlap and occasional UK travel
