Neo Financial is hiring: Sales Team Lead - Markville Mall in Canada.
Duties
- We are looking for a motivated Sales Team Lead to manage and inspire a team of Sales Representatives.
- You will drive customer acquisition by coaching your team to successfully sign up users for Neo Credit, Neo Money, and other products!
- Coach & Develop: Train, mentor, and provide ongoing feedback to Sales Representatives to improve their product knowledge and sales skills.
- Manage Operations: Create and optimize team schedules for maximum event coverage, and oversee the setup and teardown of branded activation booths.
Required profile
- Proven experience meeting or exceeding targets in a sales role.
- Experience leading, supervisory, or coaching a team.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends to match team needs.
