Required profile
- Prior experience in Banking Operations, Loan Processing, in a high-volume Admin/Support environment.
- Experience with customer support (Live Chat/Email) is highly valued.
- Exposure to PEXA, Loan Origination Systems, or legal settlement processes is a plus.
- A Process Thinker: You thrive on logic and order.
- You can follow a detailed SOP for a Business Loan one week and a Residential Mortgage the next, maintaining high
