Duties
- Own HubSpot as our single source of truth — auto-create companies on signal, sync enrichment back, build the webhooks that keep it running untouched
- Visitor identification and intent tracking, so we know which companies are actually interested
- Build enrichment in Clay or other Tool and automate the ICP check
- Own deliverability end to end: warming, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, inbox rotation, bounce handling.
- Build our AI knowledge base — ICP, personas, use cases, tone — and generate messages, sequences and call scripts at scale
Required profile
- 2+ years building GTM or outbound automation, hands-on
- Clay (or equivalent waterfall enrichment) plus scripting — Python or JavaScript
- HubSpot or comparable CRM, including API and webhook work
- Email deliverability: warming, authentication, inbox rotation, bounce handling
- Experience wiring multiple tools into one pipeline, not just configuring templates
