Statista is hiring: Director Licensing Sales in Hamburg.
Duties
- Lead the EMEA (excl. GSA) licensing sales team (lead 1 Team Lead + 1 Expert + directly 5 ICs)
- Drive sales performance across EMEA markets, with clear ownership of revenue, pipeline, forecasting and sales KPIs
- Coach and develop Sales Managers and Team Leads, ensuring consistent sales standards and execution
- Lead the two Operation teams: Project management & Lead Management
Required profile
- Proven experience (min. 5 years+) in B2B sales leadership, ideally in an international and multi-market environment
- Strong track record in leading and developing sales teams, including direct management of individual contributors and/or Team Leads
- Hands-on leadership approach with the willingness to deeply understand the business, customers and sales process
