Duties
- Our Data Engineering team is growing! We’re looking for a Data Engineer to join our team in London.
- In this role you will build and run the pipelines behind QiCore, our new data warehouse.
- You’ll bring acquired businesses like Rewards into one platform and make sure the data the business runs on is reliable, governed and built to last.
- Build, test and maintain batch and streaming pipelines into QiCore to agreed engineering standards
- Migrate Rewards data into our warehouse and single customer view, keeping reporting running throughout
Required profile
- Several years of hands-on data engineering, writing production SQL and Python
- Experience building ETL or ELT pipelines on a modern cloud warehouse or big data platform
- Working knowledge of data governance, testing and data quality practices
- Comfortable with orchestration and version control, and with reviewing and being reviewed
