Required profile
- What You Will Be Doing: Performance & Cost Management Own 3PL relationships, driving performance, customer experience and cost efficiency.
- Innovation Develop data-led solutions to reduce delivery errors and improve customer experience.
- Work cross-functionally on initiatives that improve customer experience and retention.
- Who You Are: Must have: Experience within the logistics industry, ideally within a retailer or logistics company.
- B2C final mile experience is preferable.
