Duties
- : Achieve sales goals for assigned brands.
- Represent brands within an assigned territory to drive sales and brand awareness.
- Establish and develop strong relationships at the store level with BA’s, Store Leadership, and territory DM's.
- Educate and train store staff on brand knowledge and product demonstration.
- Execute interactive product demonstrations.
Required profile
- : Must have beauty retail experience.
- Minimum 3+ years experience in similar role is required.
- Passionate about the beauty industry and knowledgeable of in-store retail environment required.
- Strong written and communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence externally and internally.
